I cheated a bit this month and used an existing paper doll fold that I made for Avatar: the Last Airbender. It worked well because I was able to make Dhalsim's arm stretch pretty far. I just flipped the die line and changed a few cuts and folds a bit. 
Here he is after I cut him out. I googled his character profile and read that he is a pacifist. I found that pretty funny seeing that he wears three human sculls around his neck.
